Brisbane

In Brisbane, restaurants are not required to have toilets. And the nearest public facilities are not designed to cope with the numbers of patrons from nearby cafes and so on. One cubical. For guys attending half a dozen cafes and half a dozen restaurants ....

And it is occupied by a guy reading a newspaper.
